Sweet oak nose rich at first with warm vanilla and sugar followed by wheat bread more oak notes on finish drinks a lot of smoother than proof

Tasting Notes

Nose

The aroma is rich and complex with roasted walnuts, florals, pipe tobacco, cinnamon, and espresso.

Taste

Powerful on the palate, but surprisingly sweet at this strength with loads of toffee, notes of cherry cordials, dried cherry and apricot, figs, and caramel corn.

Finish

At full strength the finish is spicy and warm all the way down. With a splash of water lingering caramels and raisins remain.
